This website and the Pre-Flight Assessment. Client engagement data in Apex is governed by the client's agreement and described in our Trust Center.

What we collect

Details you submit: name, email, firm, role, message and Pre-Flight answers. Basic technical data needed to run the site: browser, pages requested, and your IP address, which we store only as an irreversible hash used to limit abuse. Essential cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver the book or assessment you requested, send the newsletter if you subscribed, and secure the site.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share personal information for advertising, and we don't use third-party tracking cookies.

Who processes it for us

The providers listed in our Trust Center, under contracts that limit their use of your data.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and Pre-Flight data: 24 months after last contact, unless you become a client. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of email. California residents have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA; we honor them for all visitors. Email privacy@firmforce.ai.
